School Council (the student voice)

Each House has a House Council, chaired by the Deputy Head of House. Every form sends at least one representative. The House Council elects 2/4 representatives, who attend School Council meetings. The School Council is jointly chaired by two prefects, who are responsible for representing the views of the School Council and meet with the relevant member of staff to discuss the students’ views.

School Council meetings take place once a month, House Councils at least twice a half term. A senior member of staff acts as an advisor to the School Council. Elections take place annually.
